    was carried out to more fully understand and evaluate the unique properties of our quartz to establish improved in house processing methods to purify Lighthouse quartz into appropriate grades of solar crucible and high end electronic and semi conductor grade quartz sand During 2012 and early 2013 the company successfully processed Lighthouse Quartz into a solar grade high purity sand at its Port Melbourne Test Plant factory During March April 2013 processing techniques were implemented to further reduce certain impurities to meet semiconductor grade specifications The in house processing has allowed the company to verify all aspects of the required processing of Lighthouse quartz and design a production plant In 2014 the company will construct a 10 000 tonne per annum High Purity Quartz production facility in Melbourne People Kevin Graham Chief Executive Officer Director Kevin has over 30 years experience in engineering sales marketing and general and executive management for private and public multinational companies For the past 11 years he has run his own management consulting company providing advice to a range of organizations primarily in the telecommunications space that provide services to the industrial mining government public safety and transport and utility sectors He has been involved in the strategic entry business development and executive management of companies in the Asia Pacific and North American markets for the past 17 years These roles covered the broad range of functions including sales marketing distribution channel establishment product development and commercialization and production He has worked and lived extensively in North and South East Asia and India during this time and held company Directorships in eight APAC countries and in North America He remains a company Director on 2 regional industry associations for TETRA Digital Radio Technology in Australasia and North America that he was instrumental in establishing Kevin graduated in Melbourne Australia with a Degree in Electrical Engineering and has devoted most of his working career to developing high tech companies their new technologies and their business channels into new territories In his engineering management and consulting roles he has had extensive experience in systems and project engineering and project management and has been Managing Director of companies involved in research design and manufacturing operations in Asia Pacific Jason May Chief Technology Officer Jason has a strong background in technology and its interactions with business initiatives Jason has utilised these skills in pulling together a large database of historical information on mining and exploration tenements researching and analysing SSRG s high purity quartz and its potential impact on the high purity silicon market and high end ceramic industries This involved assessing the structural makeup of the Lighthouse quartz and validating this through advanced testing over a period of two years This research has flowed through into completing the initial designs of manufacturing processes to enable Lighthouse quartz to be processed to 99 998 purity levels Prior to working for the Company Jason worked as a consultant in designing business models and IT solutions acted as Chief Technology Officer
