    process any transfer or de registration transactions With the launch of the new e Services ONE MOTORING on 28 Feb 2006 LTA has gone scripless and do not require the logcard to be submitted anymore for transfers and de registration applications We have also created user accounts for vehicle owners to login to their own accounts to manage their vehicles and also to make various applications online such as apply for de registration and in future to apply for Transaction PIN online To protect the interest of vehicle owners it is important that proper authorisation from your company is obtained before LTA releases important information such as the password to your company s user account or a Transaction PIN that would enable a vehicle belonging to your company to be transferred or de registered or a PARF COE rebate transferred or divided For companies just any one director is not legally entitled to represent the company A proper authorisation needs to be made through a Board s Resolution in accordance with the Company Act and executed according to your company s Memorandum Articles of Association This is the reason why LTA requires the Authorisation from the Board i e the Board s Resolution to appoint an authorised person to carry out these transactions on the company s behalf and to sign on the application form as well as the authorised person s NRIC Singaporean Singapore PR or Malaysian or Passport foreigner other than Malaysian for transactions relating to your user account eg Immediate password reset and those which relates to transferring or de registering of your vehicle including request for and reset of Transaction PIN at LTA counter transfer and de registration of vehicle as well as transfer and division of rebates at LTA counters The authorisation from the Board
