    Kiat and lead guitarist Mark John Hariman Brandon stormed the stage performing songs from the album which took seven months to produce Stopping every now and then to talk to the crowd and thank them for coming it was an energetic performance that greeted those who made the effort to attend the young musician s first full length offering With titles including first single Back Against The World Man That Scaled The Moon and Who Cares one can t help but notice a certain rebellious streak in the debut album s theme I guess doing music in Singapore is not really encouraged so I see it as going against the flow admitted Brandon who claims his band has helped with his shifting music taste Growing up I was listening to boy bands like Backstreet Boys and Westlife Recently I ve been listening to more stuff that my band likes They are more rockers not really the pop kind of guys especially Mark I guess music is a journey and people evolve Photo by Ryhan Tomita MOSHIN 2012 All Rights Reserved Not that the band members ever let their frontman forget his roots teasing him every now and then even during our short interview about how it used to be According to Mark I m quite happy for Brandon and his music direction I think it s evolving because we ve always been tekan ing him and calling him names and saying his music is stupid There are moments when he comes in with a song and we all just give him the face But it s cool because it shapes his music into what it is now Likewise the other band members are also extremely supportive of Brandon and as they took turns speaking words of encouragement and affirmation to
