    Useful Links Venue Booking Archives Contact Us Home Partners Administration DHS Apps Contact Us All Campus Life Campus Life Campus Life 2012 Campus Life 2011 Campus Life 2010 Campus Life 2009 Campus Life 2008 Home 2008 Year 4 Orientation 2008 Year 4 Orientation The Year 4 Orientation Programme this year aimed to provide a platform for the pupils to work together in order to foster stronger class spirit and promote team building The Sandcastle Building activity provided opportunities for students to experience elements of leadership through an outdoor simulation experience Students were given a scenario to plan for a Dunman High 2038 Campus and build their structures using sand seawater and beachworks tools The planning exercise stretched the imaginations of students who produced creative plans and visions of a future DHS Campus Student leaders put forth their leadership skills to motivate fellow team mates and coordinate the building of the sand castle structures Year 4 students put up a great variety of structures with commendable teamwork and enthusiasm The Relief Mural Painting Activity allowed students to create a sense of identity belonging pride and ownership with the school after their creation is used to decorate the school hall The theme

    Professional Sharing Day 14 09 2012 Resources and Useful Links Venue Booking Archives Contact Us Home Partners Administration DHS Apps Contact Us All Campus Life Campus Life Campus Life 2012 Campus Life 2011 Campus Life 2010 Campus Life 2009 Campus Life 2008 Home 2008 Year 4 Level Camp 2008 Year 4 Level Camp Dunman High School Year 4 level camp 2008 saw about 370 of our students packing their bags set to embark on a five day fun filled adventure journey The Age of Pirates the theme for this year s level camp stretched between 12 and 16 May 2008 This adventure camp marked a significant moment in every one of our students life as the various challenging tasks were set to test their resilience endurance perseverance and determination to be ready for a new journey the Senior High years Our Principal Mr Sng aptly puts across in his foreword for the Level Camp booklet Very often the informal interactions and activities outside class provide the opportunities for us to learn important lessons about life to gain a better understanding of ourselves our strengths weaknesses and the values that we inspire to uphold in years to come With this in mind the Level Camp Committee decided to provide Year 4 Dunmanians a chance to experience an adventure camp that was held at Kota Rainforest Resort and Adventure Centre in Johor Malaysia The outdoor experience encompassed several team bonding activities a river cruise outdoor training sessions a campfire as well as land water and air expeditions trekking along the Pelepah Waterfall kayaking along the Johor River and scaling the Gunung Panti Barat Mt Panti By the end of Day 5 many students still wished that the camp had continued It was truly a measure of the true Dunmanian Spirit The entire

    Scholars School EZCOETNL Mission Vision Logo Professional Sharing Day 14 09 2012 Resources and Useful Links Venue Booking Archives Contact Us Home Partners Administration DHS Apps Contact Us All Campus Life Campus Life Campus Life 2012 Campus Life 2011 Campus Life 2010 Campus Life 2009 Campus Life 2008 Home 2008 Maths and Science Olympiad 2008 Maths and Science Olympiad The Science Society x3 Lab of Dunman High School organized the inaugural Maths and Science Olympiad for primary schools from 28 to 29 May 2008 A total of 72 students from 9 primary schools took part in the Olympiad for the first time The event was filled with many fun mathematics and logic games interesting science experiments and informative lessons in mathematics and science Students get a chance to apply mathematics logic and science knowledge to find out who was the murderer in Crime Science Investigation game In ExplorEnature quest students built models made the longest lasting bubbles constructed boats with golden ratio made their own pin hole camera using recycled materials and much more In the end 8 students from Red Swastika School overcame the challenge from other schools and emerged as the overall winner in the event The Maths

    Life Campus Life 2012 Campus Life 2011 Campus Life 2010 Campus Life 2009 Campus Life 2008 Home 2008 Teacher s Day 2008 Teacher s Day The teachers day celebration 08 was a collaboration between the Student Council and the student body The celebration comprising a concert and potluck party brought the students and the teachers together for a day of fun and celebration The theme for the celebrations was Movees You move our lives which saw many teachers and students dressing up as their favorite movie characters to mark the occasion A series of planning was carried out by the organizing committee prior to the event The planning process involved liaising with various groups of people such as the Art Club who offered their expertise in the decorations and the various groups of students who enthusiastically auditioned for the concert performances After much efforts put into planning the event the concert had various musical and drama performances such as a rock band performance and a duet by a few Year 2 students that wowed the audience and brought the celebration to a greater level of enjoyment With much effort put in by the student council the student body also played
