normaal spreektempo worden verteld De kandidaat moet de verhaaltjes zo goed mogelijk navertellen De verhaaltjes bevatten tussen de 2 en de 6 zinnen en tussen de 30 en de 90 woorden Voorbeeld Fred reed naar huis Hij was niet blij want het gesprek met de laatste klant was niet zo goed verlopen Fred had geen goede indruk op de klant gemaakt Die zou vast niets van hem willen kopen Toen hij de sleutel in het slot stak besefte Fred dat hij ook nog zijn tas bij de klant had laten staan NB De antwoorden van de kandidaat op dit laatste deel worden niet automatisch gescoord en hebben geen invloed op de score De opgaven worden beoordeeld door menselijke beoordelaars en gebruikt voor onderzoek naar de kwaliteit van de toets Dit deel van het examenonderdeel luister en spreekvaardigheid bevat 2 opgaven Duur van het examen Het examenonderdeel luister en spreekvaardigheid duurt ongeveer 15 minuten De beoordeling van het examenwerk De antwoorden van de kandidaten worden beoordeeld op de volgende aspecten uitspraak vloeiendheid zinsbouw woordenschat De uitslag De totaalscores van kandidaten voor het examenonderdeel Luister en spreekvaardigheid worden gerelateerd aan het Europees Raamwerk voor Moderne Vreemde Talen Common European Framework of Reference Het examenonderdeel luister en spreekvaardigheid heeft een bereik van géén mondelinge beheersing van het Nederlands tot en met volledige mondelinge beheersing van het Nederlands Dit verklaart de verschillen in moeilijkheidsgraad van de items Om een voldoende te behalen voor het Basisexamen Inburgering moet de kandidaat een score behalen die aantoont dat de kandidaat minimaal beheersingsniveau NT2 A1 bereikt heeft Beheersing van niveau A1 betekent dat de kandidaat de volgende taalhandelingen kan verrichten Luisteren De kandidaat kan een beperkt aantal vertrouwde woorden en basiszinnen begrijpen die betrekking hebben op de directe persoonlijke levenssfeer en op de allereerste levensbehoeften en alleen in direct contact met Nederlandssprekenden die gewend zijn te converseren met anderstaligen wanneer zij langzaam en duidelijk spreken Spreken De kandidaat kan zich in een zeer beperkte mate uitdrukken eigenlijk alleen met behulp van losse woorden en standaardformuleringen Formulaic speech op een gering aantal terreinen die verband houden met de directe persoonlijke levenssfeer De totaalscores op het examenonderdeel luister en spreekvaardigheid kunnen variëren tussen 10 geen beheersing en 80 beheersing op native speaker niveau De zak slaaggrens voor het niveau A1 is momenteel vastgesteld op een minimumscore van 26 dus 33 van het totaal van 80 punten Deze score moet thans worden behaald om te slagen voor de taaltest van het Basisexamen Inburgering de zogenaamde TGN Toets Gesproken Nederlands Met betrekking tot deze gesproken taaltest hebben onze studenten tot dusverre een zeer goede score behaald Gemeten vanaf 2006 tot 16 maart 2011 behaalde 94 een score tussen 35 en 64 punten dus in alle gevallen ruim boven de minimumeis Maximum 80 punten is het maximum zo n resultaat geeft aan dat de kandidaat de Nederlandse taal volledig beheerst Minimum 26 punten is thans het minimum deze score is equivalent aan NT2 niveau A1 De cursist moet tenminste 70 van de vragen met betrekking tot de Kennis van de Nederlandse Samenleving KNS test goed beantwoord hebben dus dat onderdeel is ook van groot belang Onze studenten hebben tot dusverre een gemiddelde score van 98 correcte antwoorden kortom vrijwel iedereen heeft het KNS examen foutloos gemaakt Meer informatie over de KNS test treft u hieronder aan Nieuw examen onderdeel Geletterdheid en begrijpend lezen Tijdens de GBL test wordt gemeten in hoeverre de kandidaat het Latijnse schrift beheerst en geschreven Nederlands kunt lezen en begrijpen Het examenonderdeel bevat in totaal 55 items De GBL bestaat uit 5 delen 1 Woordrijen oplezen De kandidaat ziet in het toetsboekje vier rijen woorden en wordt gevraagd deze rijen hardop te lezen De rijen bestaan uit acht woorden Voorbeeld en de ook bal wil zee ham boom 2 Zinnen oplezen De kandidaat ziet in het toetsboekje acht zinnen en wordt gevraagd deze hardop te lezen De zinnen variëren in lengte tussen de 6 en 11 woorden Voorbeeld Mijn zoon is een lieve jongen 3 Teksten oplezen De kandidaat ziet in het toetsboekje drie korte teksten en wordt gevraagd deze hardop te lezen De teksten variëren in lengte tussen de 40 en 50 woorden Een voorbeeld Tamar gaat naar de tandarts Zij heeft pijn aan haar kies Tamar is bang voor de tandarts De tandarts kijkt in haar mond Tamar heeft gelukkig alleen maar een gaatje Ze is blij als de tandarts klaar is Ze heeft nu geen pijn meer 4 Zinnen oplezen en aanvullen De kandidaat ziet in het toetsboekje 28 onvolledige items met elk drie mogelijkheden voor aanvulling De kandidaat wordt gevraagd de zinnen hardop te lezen en uit de drie gegeven alternatieven het juiste woord te kiezen om de zin af te maken Een item kan bestaan uit één of twee zinnen en bevat tussen de 7 en 23 woorden inclusief de drie antwoordmogelijkheden Voorbeeld Het is mooi weer De zon loopt regent schijnt 5 Vragen bij teksten beantwoorden De kandidaat ziet in het toetsboekje drie korte teksten met vier korte vragen per tekst en wordt gevraagd tekst en vragen stil te lezen De teksten variëren in lengte tussen de 52 en 84 woorden Vervolgens hoort de kandidaat de vragen en reageert de kandidaat met een enkel woord of een kort zinnetje Voorbeeld Mevrouw Jansen wacht samen met mevrouw Bol op de bus naar de stad Er is vandaag markt in de stad Elke week gaan mevrouw Jansen en mevrouw Bol samen naar de markt Wat gaan ze vandaag kopen Niets Ze gaan naar de markt omdat het leuk is Dat doen ze elke woensdag Vragen a Op welke dag gaat mevrouw Jansen naar de stad b Hoe gaat mevrouw Jansen naar de stad c Met wie gaat mevrouw Jansen naar de stad Hoe maak ik het examen Bij de afname van het examen krijgt de kandidaat een toetsboekje met opgaven en instructies De kandidaat mag op het toetsboekje aantekeningen maken maar deze tellen niet mee in de beoordeling Alleen de mondelinge antwoorden tellen voor de uitslag Hoe lang duurt het examen Het examenonderdeel GBL duurt ongeveer 25 minuten Wanneer ben ik geslaagd voor de GBL test De totaalscores voor het examenonderdeel leesvaardigheid worden gerelateerd aan het Europees Raamwerk voor moderne Talen Om een voldoende te halen moet de kandidaat een score halen die aantoont dat de kandidaat een minimaal leesvaardigheidsniveau hebt van A1 De kandidaat kan minimaal 10 en maximaal 35 punten halen De kandidaat is geslaagd als hij zij 26 punten of meer haalt Dat betreft dus 35 26 75 correcte antwoorden Meer informatie over het onderdeel Kennis van de Nederlandse samenleving KNS test uitslag De uitslag voor het examenonderdeel kennis van de Nederlandse samenleving geeft het percentage van de totale itembank dat de kandidaat correct kan beantwoorden en kan variëren van 0 tot 100 De zak slaaggrens voor dit onderdeel KNS Kennis van de Nederlandse Samenleving wordt vastgesteld op het minimumpercentage van 70 goed Conclusie Uw partner komt in aanmerking voor een MVV wanneer zij hij tenminste 33 van de totaalscore van 80 punten heeft behaald 26 80 met betrekking tot de gesproken Nederlandse taaltest TGN plus minimaal 70 van de vragen over de Nederlandse samenleving KNS correct heeft beantwoord 70 100 plus 75 correcte antwoorden met betrekking tot de de toets Geletterdheid en Begrijpend Lezen 26 35 Al deze vereisten komen overeen met het standaard Beginnersniveau A1 volgens de CEFR taalvaardigheid schaal ofwel het Europees Raamwerk voor Moderne Vreemde Talen U kunt hier klikken om de verschillende NT2 niveaus van het CEFR Raamwerk MVT te vergelijken Dit biedt u een volledig beeld m b t de mate van taalvaardigheid die van uw partner wordt verwacht NT2 A1 is het vereiste niveau voor de MVV applicatie Basisexamen Inburgering en NT2 A2 is het vereiste niveau voor een permanente verblijfsvergunning in Nederland dus het reguliere d w z uitgebreide Inburgeringsexamen dat alleen in Nederland kan worden afgelegd Let dus op het grote verschil met het Basis examen Inburgering vertaald met Civic Integration Exam dat puur en alleen bestemd is voor MVV visa applicatie Het uitgebreide Inburgeringsexamen is het echte examen terwijl het het Basis examen Inburgering is bestemd voor officiele toestemming van de Immigratie en Naturalisatie Dienst IND om langer dan 3 maanden in Nederland te mogen verblijven Helaas wordt de benaming Civic Integration Exam als incorrecte vertaling vaak door Nederlandse ambtenaren gebruikt om daarmee ook het uitgebreide Inburgeringsexamen in Nederland aan te duiden maar dit is in feite een foute vertaling Het uitgebreide Inburgeringsexamen dient te worden vertaald met Integration Exam omdat het woordje Civic verwijst naar het Basis examen op een Nederlandse Ambassade ter verkrijging van een een Machtiging Voorlopig Verblijf MVV visum en NIET naar het normale Inburgeringsexamen als verplicht voortraject voor permanent verblijf PR status Wij kunnen ons uw grote verwarring goed voorstellen en hopen deze verwarring nu grotendeels te hebben weggenomen Onze activiteiten als taal trainingscentrum zijn er geheel op gericht om uw partner in ruime mate te laten voldoen aan de CEFR vereisten Succes wordt door ons gegarandeerd Wij hebben naast ons intensieve trainingsprogramma ook een special huiswerkprogramma opgezet waarvoor wij al het benodigde materiaal aan de examenkandidaat ter beschikking zullen stellen De kandidaat zal thuis zeer intensief met ons pakket moeten oefenen De verworven kennis en vaardigheden worden daarna tijdens de volgende les door ons uitvoerig getest en gecorrigeerd Wij hebben sinds 2003 ruime ervaring opgebouwd met alle mogelijke problemen die Zuid Oost Aziatische studenten ondervinden met het leren van de Nederlandse taal Wij weten precies hoe zij deze problemen eenvoudig kunnen overwinnen Wij hebben daarvoor talrijke tips en trucs voorhanden Wij garanderen dat uw partner zal slagen mits de kandidaat er aantoonbaar keihard voor werkt U kunt er op rekenen dat uw partner beslist zal slagen Sinds 2006 het jaar waarop het Basisexamen Inburgering van kracht werd zijn al onze studenten 203 tot dusverre met ruime marges geslaagd Aan de hand van tussentijdse testen inclusief score resultaten gevolgd door 32 proefexamens plus bijbehorende uitspraakanalyse met speciale audio software meten wij namelijk exact of uw partner inderdaad klaar is voor het examen Mocht dit om welke reden dan ook nog niet helemaal het geval zijn dan behoren enkele extra oefenlessen altijd tot de mogelijkheden S 110 per extra les Wij brengen hiertoe gericht advies uit de keus om onze aanbevelingen wel of niet te volgen is uiteraard aan u Uw partner kan overigens zelf aan de hand van onze metingen de conclusie trekken of zij hij wel of niet klaar is voor het examen dus hierover zal beslist geen onduidelijkheid bestaan Voordat wij met de proefexamens van start gaan stellen wij hoge eisen aan de inzet en motivatie van de examenkandidaat want succes hangt uiteraard niet alleen af van onze expertise en noodzakelijke bijsturing maar vooral van de bereidwilligheid van de cursist zelf Er zal simpelweg elke dag hard gestudeerd moeten worden en dat zullen wij dan ook uitvoerig controleren Wij zijn er immers verantwoordelijk voor dat binnen het korte tijdbestek van slechts 10 lessen door onze cursisten het vereiste NT2 niveau A1 wordt behaald Dat is ook beslist mogelijk Het zal evenwel alleen maar lukken als de examenkandidaat keihard werkt Wij zullen daarom elke keer opnieuw nauwkeurig bepalen of de vereiste inzet daadwerkelijk ruim voldoende is want uiteraard zijn wij alleen dan bereid succes te garanderen Wij geven daarom een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid huiswerk op en verwachten van de kandidaat dat zij hij elke dag dermate hard zal studeren dat zij hij het studiemateriaal de volgende les volledig beheerst U kunt daar eventueel behulpzaam bij zijn door tussentijds veel met uw partner te oefenen bijvoorbeeld via Skype als u niet in Singapore woonachtig bent Zo zal uw partner 500 tegenstellingen van buiten moeten leren en een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid standaardvragen blindelings moeten kunnen beantwoorden Wij verwachten van onze kandidaten dat zij een vocabulaire van 1 200 meestgebruikte Nederlandse woorden zullen beheersen en derhalve minimaal 80 nieuwe woorden per les leren Wij verstrekken al het benodigde lesmateriaal hiervoor Benodigdheden een MP3 faciliteit bijvoorbeeld een computer met het programma QuickTime of anders een losse MP3 speler en een thumb drive min 2 Gb Wij gaan er simpelweg van uit dat uw partner in het bezit is van een MP3 speler en een thumb drive ter grootte van minimaal 2GB Zo niet dan zullen beide items aangeschaft moeten worden voordat uw partner met onze cursus van start gaat want dit zijn onontbeerlijke instrumenten om onze lessen effectief en efficient onder de knie te krijgen Wij hebben grote audio visuele bestanden waarmee onze studenten thuis moeten oefenen Daarvoor is een eigen Memory Stick als opslagmedium noodzakelijk Als u tijdens een Skype verbinding mee wilt kunnen kijken met wat uw partner aan het oefenen is dan adviseren wij uw partner om een ScreenCopy te maken de PrintScreen toets bij Windows bestuurde computers en Command Shift 3 bij Apple computers de Screen Copy is dan op het bureaublad desktop van de Apple computer als grafisch bestand in PNG format terug te vinden en uw partner kan dan deze kopie via email toezenden Indien u verder nog vragen heeft of als u uw partner wilt aanmelden voor onze intensieve cursus dan kunt u contact opnemen met onze cursus coordinator Dais Chan 9684 0356 Wij wensen uw partner veel succes met alle noodzakelijke voorbereidingen Matthieu Quere BA CEFR NT2 Native Dutch Language Teacher What you need to know before you decide Since 2006 100 of our Asian MVV Training Course participants a total of 203 students so far until 10th of January 2014 have passed the Civic Integration Exam Abroad for MVV at the Dutch Embassy in Singapore 94 of all students have done so with a score between 35 up to 64 points out of 80 for the Toets Gesproken Nederlands Oral Dutch Language Proficiency TGN test thanks to lots of self confidence The pass mark for the TGN test is 26 out of 80 points which is equivalent to NT2 proficiency level A1 Good news for PR or Naturalisation applicants once settled in The Netherlands a TGN score of 37 points reflects NT2 level A2 If you would achieve such a high score in Singapore which is very well possible after intensively practising with us the additional advantage is that you will be exempted from taking the TGN test again in The Netherlands at the time you are applying for Permanent Residency Inburgeringsexamen or Naturalisation Dutch Citizenship later on Why is that so Your MVV visa provided in Singapore grants access to The Netherlands in case you score 26 out of 80 points or more for TGN plus at least 70 out of 100 points for Knowledge of Dutch Society KNS and at least 26 out of 35 points for Literacy and Comprehensive Reading GBL However please keep in mind that an MVV is NOT a residence permit but simply an entry ticket Once you have entered The Netherlands you will receive an VVR Verblijfs Vergunning Regulier and with this temporary residence permit you can stay for a maximum of 5 years Within those years you need to sit for a much bigger Integration Exam in Dutch Inburgeringsexamen in order to achieve your permanent residence status The same TGN exam you had to pass in Singapore during your Civic Integration Exam Abroad is also part of your Inburgeringsexamen in Holland but now you need to score no less than 37 out of 80 points instead of just 26 points Those candidates who did not score 37 points for TGN during their Civic Integration Exam Abroad will need to take the TGN exam in The Netherlands again However if you would prepare yourself with us here in Singapore there is a high chance you will score at least 37 points for your TGN if you work really hard and carefully follow our instructions Next to the repeated TGN exam part of your real Inburgeringsexamen there will be another KNS exam in The Netherlands but this time it is a digital longer possible to pass the Integration Exam Inburgeringsexamen in Dutch at the Dutch Embassy here This used to be possible but it has been abandoned quite some time ago already since the implication is that a sealed laptop has to be flown in to the Dutch Embassy in Singapore directly from The Netherlands Due to all cost involved Dutch Embassies worldwide are supposed to cut operating cost as much as possible due to the economic crisis in The Netherlands and partly because of security risks possible fraud the option of taking the normal Inburgeringsexamen full Integration Exam abroad has been eliminated The best way to get your Dutch passport is to prepare yourself for the Dutch NT2 State Exam I which is for most Asians the preferred alternative for the since it means that they only need to focus on the Dutch language and no longer on Social Studies Please note that the normal Integration Exam the full Inburgeringsexamen for PR or Naturalisation is very different from the Civic Integration Exam this Basisexamen Inburgering in Dutch is for a Provisional Residence Permit MVV only This Basisexam Inburgering in order to get an MVV Basisexamen Inburgering voor de TEV procedure Toegang En Verblijf Important this comprehensive Integration Exam required NT2 proficiency level A2 takes a couple of hours to complete and is therefore very different from the much simpler Civic Integration Exam for MVV required NT2 proficiency level A1 which MVV exam only takes less than one hour to complete The full fledged Integration Exam comprises of a NT2 language test plus a knowledge test regarding Dutch Society During private one to one sessions we will intensively focus on both subjects NT2 language training targeted private lessons to reach NT2 proficiency level A2 and comprehensive social studies specially developed by Dutch social science professionals to effectively train foreigners so that they will achieve adequate knowledge of Dutch society These social studies are the second mandatory part of the Dutch naturalisation test For this specific purpose we have all necessary up to date official teaching aids plus NT2 State Exams of previous years available here in Singapore This means that you can fully prepare yourself with us and take your official Naturalisation Test at the Dutch Embassy here in Singapore During this intensive course we will be focusing on all four elements reading writing listening and conversational skills Course duration This totally depends on the time you can make available for private lessons and study plus your individual capabilities and learning pace Ideally you will need at least 6 months to prepare yourself adequately with intensive one to one sessions at least twice per week 2 x 2 4 hours per week but lessons 3 times per week 3 x 2 6 hours per week would actually be better Please note that this is a quite exacting study program It all depends on your individual capabilities and learning pace in terms of comprehension memorising information You will need to master both the Dutch language NT2 level A2 in every aspect reading writing listening speaking plus a fair bit of knowledge about Dutch society Therefore the more time you can make available for your private lessons the better it will be Please keep in mind that the absolute minimum is 4 hours of lessons per week Next to these private received more and more requests from Dutch and Belgian parents residing in Singapore to provide Dutch language courses for their children The majority of these children are attending International software and other dedicated teaching aids to effectively coach these pupils Most of the parents are looking for a professional language course for their children in such way that their kids will gradually develop great interest in the Dutch language Primarily learning Dutch must be fun We will always make sure that this is the case Starting from there it is much easier to keep children
